These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of threeheadz.com (the “Site”), operated by Three Headz LLC (“Three Headz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Three Headzprovides managed IT services — including IT management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and help desk support — to businesses. The Site describes those services and lets you contact us. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between Three Headz LLC and the client; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding service commitment, warranty of specific outcomes, or professional advice for your particular situation.

Three Headz LLC also builds and operates technology products through affiliated brands, including AirRoamer (airroamer.co), a Three Headz company. Purchases made on affiliated sites are governed by the terms published on those sites.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the staff portal, or related systems.
• Do not use the Site to transmit malware, interfere with its operation, or probe or test its security without written authorization.
• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial content.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Three Headz LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to service engagements governed by a separate written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
